What is your return policy?

Final sale items which are NON-RETURNABLE include: SALE MARKED ITEMS.

We offer refunds 30 days of delivery for regular (Non-Final Sale) items in original unworn condition (restrictions apply). Final Sale items are not eligible for return. If you return for a refund, the return costs are deducted from the total of your refund.

Do you offer return shipping?

You are provided a pre paid return label. Return costs are deducted from total refund amount. 

What items are non-returnable and final sale?

How long from purchase can I return my items?

30 Days from the time it was delivered to you! No returns will be accepted if they are sent back outside of our 30 day window. You must ship back your items with our label provided otherwise your return may be rejected.

Can I Exchange my Items?

Yes! If you are exchanging items of unequal value we will credit/charge the difference.


How long will it take my items to ship?

Most items are made to order and will ship within 7 days.

What are my shipping options?

All items are shipped via standard shipping and should arrive within 3 weeks of ordering.  Express shipping is available upon request.

Can I cancel my order?

All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours to received a full refund.

My package is lost/stolen/damaged?

So sorry to hear that! Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for lost/stolen packages. If your item arrives damaged please let us know ASAP and we will work on sending a replacement.
