Returns

What is your return policy?

All Holiday and Seasonal Items are  FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Return requests must be made within 3 business days in order to qualify for return authorization. Return authorization must be approved by Bling-a-gogo in order to receive a refund. 

Do you offer return shipping?

If you receive approved return authorization, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping. NO exceptions.

What items are non-returnable and final sale?

All Holiday and Seasonal Collection items are non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions.

How long from purchase can I return my items?

You must submit a return request to susan@bling-a-gogo.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to qualify for a return.  Returns authorizations are given on a case-by-case basis so please explain thoroughly why you would like to return your order.

Can I Exchange my Items?

We currently do not offer exchanges of any kind.

Shipping

How long will it take my items to ship?

Most items are made to order and will ship within 3 weeks of receiving orders.

What are my shipping options?

All items are shipped via standard USPS shipping and should arrive within 3 weeks of ordering.  Express shipping is not availalbe.

Can I cancel my order?

All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours to receive a full refund.

My package is lost/stolen/damaged?

If your items arrive damaged or are stolen, please contact your shipping carrier.
