Returns

What is your return policy?

All Holiday and Seasonal Items are  FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Return requests must be made within 3 business days in order to qualify for return authorization. Return authorization must be approved by B&S Clothing Co. in order to receive a refund. 

Do you offer return shipping?

If you receive approved return authorization, you will be responsible for paying for return shipping. NO exceptions.

What items are non-returnable and final sale?

All Holiday and Seasonal Collection items are non-returnable and non-refundable. No exceptions.

How long from purchase can I return my items?

You must submit a return request to susan@bling-a-gogo.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to qualify for a return.  Returns authorizations are given on a case-by-case basis so please explain thoroughly why you would like to return your order.

Can I Exchange my Items?

No we do not currently offer exchanges.

Shipping

How long will it take my items to ship?

Most items are made to order and will ship within 3 weeks of receiving orders.

What are my shipping options?

All items are shipped via standard USPS shipping and should arrive within 3 weeks of ordering.  Express shipping is not available.

Can I cancel my order?

All cancellations must be requested within 24 hours to receive a full refund.

My package is lost/stolen/damaged?

If your items arrive damaged or are stolen, please contact your shipping carrier.
